AAU and APLU submitted joint comments to the Office of Management & Budget (OMB) in regards to the proposed Guidance for Grants & Agreements. The comments provide recommendations for areas of concern: definitions, purpose, exceptions, intangible property, and property trust relationship.
In addition to these comments, AAU and APLU also align with and endorse the more detailed and technical comments submitted by COGR.
